Continued investment within this venture capital backed, multi-site Retail-Leisure group has encouraged strong, profitable growth within the UK market. Continued ambitious expansion plans have created a 6-month assignment for a Business Change Consultant to undertake a series of business & systems change projects and audits focused on group wide operations, improving risk management, control & compliance processes. Reporting the CEO a broad & varied brief encompasses: *Commercial operational reviews & appraisal of systems, processes & controls across all business activities *Recommendation & implementation of business process improvements with actions *Review & improvement of group wide back office operations, performance reporting & system monitoring *Establishing Key Performance Indicators for various business divisions, supporting decision making *Reporting on value for money - highlighting P&L economic efficiency and bottom line improvements *Present findings & recommendations to the CEO, SMT and Audit Committee As a qualified accountant & Internal Auditor or Business Change Consultant with substantial experience of business process re-engineering & change, you will demonstrate the ability to establish working relationships across a group, influence senior decision makers & contribute to the achievement of group objectives. The role demands a confident, proactive personality, alongside strong interpersonal & presentation skills, excellent evaluation ability & the gravitas to champion change & implement new processes as required.
