This diverse Business Services group operates within a broad range of real estate markets & is dedicated to property development, facilities management & urban regeneration. With a challenging remit to attain ambitious strategic & operational targets over the next 5 years, the group is working alongside a portfolio of investment partners, to ensure that key expansion aims are achieved. A newly created Financial Accountant role exists for a technically focused individual to support the business moving forward. Your brief includes: *Preparation of monthly financial accounts for a range of projects *Financial management & monitoring of project costs and revenues against budget *Preparation of monthly project financial and cash reports *Preparation of quarterly forecasts & annual budget information *Monitoring project overheads & financial data Additionally, you will take responsibility for improving & implementing appropriate financial processes & systems. As a qualified accountant with demonstrable financial accounting experience, an eye for detail & evidence of improving financial controls, you will be technically & commercially astute, with the ability to influence decision makers and build robust business relationships. |
