This international Media group is renowned for its extensive service & product offering to a blue chip client portfolio across Europe, Asia, the Middle East & the US. Operating through 5 key business divisions, the group is experiencing unprecedented growth with strong forecasted expansion, and as a result is currently seeking a Group Finance Manager to support the global organisation. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, your brief includes: *Supporting the preparation of group consolidation under IFRS *Assisting with preparation of Plc year end & interim accounts *Preparation of statutory accounts for Head Office entities under UK GAAP *Preparation & orchestration of group budgets, rolling forecasts & related analysis *Driving internal control improvements & implementing best practice Additionally, you will support investment & post-acquisition analysis & review for the senior management team. As a qualified accountant demonstrating strong technical ability, you will have hands on experience of FOREX, group consolidations, statutory accounts under IFRS & UK GAAP & Excel, gained within an international business environment. A proactive, enthusiastic approach alongside the ability to challenge & influence are prerequisite. |
