This world-class commercial group has a track record of developing & managing projects within the public and private sectors (Pfi PPP). Managing live projects in the UK & with a portfolio value in excess of £5bn, projects include hospitals, schools, housing, transport networks and courts. As the result of impressive business growth, the group is strengthening its presence in the UK and pivotal to this an opportunity for a Regional Finance Director to support the CFO & manage a portfolio of 10 projects. Your brief includes: *Supporting the project lead, bid management, planning, FM strategy, whole life costs, construction phase fiancials & operational SPV management *Directorships on a portfolio of company Boards *Orchestrating forecasting, budgeting and tracking processes *Liaising with portfolio General Managers & Chief Executives *Overseeing provision of monthly reporting packs to shareholders *Accounting on joint venture shareholder support arrangements *Directing financial management services, driving efficiencies & ensuring best practice *Developing & improving financial systems, procedures, controls & internal audit processes particularly regarding SPC SPV concessions As a graduate qualified accountant demonstrating a track record of achievement within a PFI/SPC, Construction, Mobilisation & FM environment, you will be accustomed to leading end-to-end programmes, managing a dedicated finance function & influencing senior Board members & investors. The role demands the ability to impact within a challenging, dynamic business, add immediate value and implement change as necessary. |
