This global VC backed Energy group is expanding rapidly via M&A and organic growth, alongside upstream collaborative projects & Joint Ventures. As a recently formed organisation, it operates along Plc lines with a forecasted turnover of £400m+. Infrastructure needs and on-going development within international markets have created a high profile 3-6 month assignment for a dynamic, proactive individual to support the group finance team. Reporting to the Deputy CFO, this broad role encompasses: *Driving the statutory accounting & year-end process & timetable *Preparation of group accounts under IFRS *Consolidation of group accounts for reporting *Working alongside the auditors to resolve accounting issues prior to year end *Ad hoc project work As a qualified accountant with proven technical accounting, consolidations & IFRS experience, gained within the profession or a group environment, you will demonstrate a proactive, energetic approach. The role demands an eye for detail, the ability to work to deadlines & a ?right first time? attitude. Immediate start available. |
