This commercial group has an enviable reputation in developing & managing projects within the public & private sectors (PFi PPP), managing live projects in a UK portfolio incorporating hospitals, schools, housing, transport etc. Increased business growth & the need to strengthen its presence in the UK has led to a high profile Head of Finance role, supporting the UK Group CFO, managing a portfolio of several projects. Your brief includes: *Supporting all project PFI, SPC, SPV & FM environments, FM strategy, whole life costs, construction phase financials & operational SPV management *Directorships on a portfolio of company Boards *Orchestrating forecasting, budgeting & tracking processes *Liaising with portfolio General Managers & CEOs *Overseeing monthly reporting packs & ad hoc information to shareholders, including financial modelling, cash management. *Accounting on joint venture & portfolio shareholder support arrangements *Leading financial management services, driving efficiencies, ensuring best practice for a portfolio of SPC/SPV companies & meeting financial statutory regulatory & management reporting *Develop & improve financial systems & procedures As a graduate qualified accountant demonstrating strong technical skills & a track record of achievement within the PFI, SPC, SPV or FM sectors, you will be accustomed to leading end-to-end programmes, developing a finance team & working within a challenging, dynamic business. The ability to influence senior management & investors, add immediate value & implement change is prerequisite. |
