As a leading International Business Services group, this rapidly expanding organisation has built a strong reputation for delivering key procurement outsourcing and consultancy solutions to a global blue chip client portfolio. With 46% growth last year, significant future expansion forecasted & ambitious strategic growth plans, the group is seeking a Finance Manager to undertake a 6-12 month interim assignment. Supporting the Financial Controller & the senior management team, your brief will include: *Coordination of monthly financial accounts preparation *Review of Profit & Loss & key balance sheet accounts *Preparation & analysis of monthly management accounts, performance, variances & trends *Supporting the annual financial planning & analysis, budgeting process *Staff management & development of the finance team As a qualified accountant demonstrating proven financial & management accounting experience gained within a professional services or a SME environment, you will be a proactive, hands on individual with a commercial eye for detail. The ability to implement new processes, develop staff & build robust relationships with key decision makers is prerequisite. Immediate start available. |
