Continued growth across all divisions has created an excellent career step for a Payroll Supervisor to support the business & manage the UK payroll function. Your brief includes: *Management & coordination of UK & secondment payroll for 2,000+ staff laising with an outsourced bureau service *Control of salary deductions including tax, NI & pension contributions *Monthly reconciliation of payroll accounts & ensuring correct general ledger costing *Preparation & submission of annual returns including P60, P35 & P11D *Advising HR management on payroll legislation & implementing appropriate changes to payroll administration processes *Management of payroll team responsible for salary processing & benefits administration Additionally, you will undertake adhoc project work including policy & procedure improvements & acting as a champion of payroll expertise. The role demands extensive payroll experience gained within a large corporate or multinational environment, proven staff management skills & a track record of implementing change. A confident, proactive approach alongside excellent organisational skills & the ability to build strong relationships with internal customers, external payroll bureau suppliers & HMRC are essential. |
