As the result of internal reorganisation, the group is seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Supervisor to support the Accounts Payable function. Your brief includes: *Coordination of invoice processing, cost centre allocation & authorisation procedures *Ensuring approval process prior to payment *Control of supplier payment process *Review of supplier accounts, statements & reconciliations *Day to day management of purchase ledger team As an experienced Purchase Ledger Supervisor, with relevant exposure gained within a corporate business environment, you will demonstrate strong management skills, the ability to achieve weekly deadlines & excellent interpersonal skills as the role interacts with a broad range of internal & external contacts. |
